GAME BIRDS
| We offer a variety of
game bird hunting throughout the year. All hunts are two
days and include meals, lodging, and guides. Rio Grande Turkey are available for the Spring of 2008. Our numbers are looking good even this Spring. Next year's hunt will be an excellent one. This is a guaranteed hunt and includes two gobblers. Blue Quail hunts are available from October 31 until February 28. Dry conditions have not allowed us to hunt them for the last four years. We have had extensive feeding programs and are looking forward to good numbers in the fall. We allow the bag limit each day which is 15. This is a two day hunt. Dove hunting is available September 1 through October 18 and December 26 through January 6. The ranch has many valleys filled with small grain that have been a great habitat for mourning and white-winged dove. They have also benefited from our feeding program. The daily bag limit is 15 and this is a two day hunt. We will be offering Pheasant, Bob-White Quail, and other game birds in combination with our other hunts in the future.
